This foundation is great for all skin tones including dark skin, brown skin and deeper skin tones. In this video I’ll be trying on the Milani foundation and giving you my thoughts.

My thoughts on the foundation…

My thoughts so far on the foundation is that it is really good. The color match is really great for me. As you can see it matches my neck and chest area pretty perfectly. It is really full coverage, so I’m really excited about that. Because that means you get to use less foundation and it lasts you a lot longer. It didn’t feel heavy on my skin at all and it blended out really really well. The consistency of the foundation is a little thicker than most.

I would definitely recommend this foundation to anyone that has deeper or darker skin. I think the undertones are really great. I think the fact that it blends so well is amazing for a thicker liquid foundation. The coverage is great. You are not going to have to color correct unless you have really really dark spots or hyper-pigmentation and you also don’t need a lot of it because the coverage is amazing.

It does have a fragrance, so if you are not into scented products for your makeup then you might not be into it. But personally I just thought it was pretty cool. Another great thing about this foundation is the color range. We all know the struggle of looking for a foundation that matches deeper skin tones. So this is definitely a plus. And its available in the drugstore and its relatively affordable. I think it was only $8. You can get it online, Amazon, Ebay, drugstore.com, so many different places.

This foundation does not have a matte finish, but I do feel like it wasn’t super dewy which I really appreciate. If you’ve got dry skin this would be a good foundation for and if you’ve got combination to oily skin, you don’t have to worry because it wasn’t super dewy or super oily or anything like that. And you could always set really well with a translucent powder.

Hi Loves, Welcome to my channel, today is First Impression Fridays and I’m going to be giving you all a review and a first impression of the new Milani Conceal and Perfect 2 in 1 Foundation.

I’m always on the hunt for new foundations and when I spotted this at my local Walgreens, I knew that I had to try it. Its available on the Milani website as well as Amazon, Ebay, Ulta, drugstore.com.I’m currently wearing the color Golden Toffee and so far I really like it. I followed the same routine that I do for all my other foundations. I applied sunscreen, moisturizer, primer and then I also set it with a matte setting spray. I’m going to be outside today shooting a lookbook, so I wanted to make sure that my makeup lasted a really long time and stayed as matte and shine-free as possible.

Alright, with that being said, lets get started

So I’m gonna begin by applying this NYX pore filler primer to my face. I’ve already applied sunscreen and moisturizer off camera. Now I’m grabbing the Milani Conceal and Perfect Foundation. So I unscrewed the top and it came out and I was looking at the applicator and thinking this is not what I expected. So I started dotting it over my face and then I was like, let me see if this has a pump, so I put it back in and it actually had a pump. So now I’m taking 3 pumps, I’m using the color Golden Toffee, number 14. And now I’m just dotting it all over my face. And I’m blending it out using an ELF power brush and I’m just bouncing it all over my face, buffing and stippling it into my skin.

This foundation actually smells really good, it has a fragrance to it. I don’t know of any foundation that I own that actually has a fragrance. And this is where I realize I made a huge mistake! I am looking at the back of my hand and thinking WOW, realizing that this is just way too much foundation. 
I literally have like, two more pumps left on the back of my hand and I’ve already achieved full coverage.

So I would definitely say that this foundation is really full coverage. You only need about one, maybe one and a half pumps at most to get really good coverage. So now I’m just putting a little bit more of that foundation on my skin and I’m going in with a damp beauty sponge. This is what I always do for my foundation, I first put it on with a powder brush or a stippling brush and then I go in with a little bit more and a beauty sponge.

So now I’m just going to go in and do my full face routine, I’m just going to speed right through this. If you’d like to see a detailed full face routine, you can check out my last video. I think thats because its also supposed to be a concealer, but lets be real, most people are still going to apply their concealer to cover dark spots and to brighten up their face.

This is the last update, it is 11:30pm. I am so tired, but I have to say that this foundation has lasted. It looks really good. It looks exactly the same, I really really like it. I would probably give this foundation a 4 out of 5. I don’t know, you be the judge, but I like it, kinda like it.

Would I wear this makeup to work out, I mean thats what it means when something says its sweat proof and waterproof, like its not going anywhere. No, I wouldn’t, but you know, lounging out by the pool, not really running around, just kinda being outdoors, not doing a whole lot of work outdoors, but being outdoors, yeah I probably would.
